Default Datalogger to Record Sensor Inputs?

I've heard of DSM guys doing this a lot, and was wondering:

Is there a simple, cheap datalogger that can simply read in and record about 3 inputs, say for a O2 sensor, RPM, and maybe boost and/or EGT?

I believe a wideband O2 is 0-5 volts, RPM's a frequency/pulse signal, boost can use a pressure switch, and EGT's a simple voltage signal.

What's a pretty cheap unit?
