Default Dashboard removal - Causes electrical issues

92 e.g. with d15b vtec

ok so I was taking off my dashboard and some loose wires from my cigerette lighter had fried, I replaced ecu and replaced blown fuses from under the dash, battery, fan , and cluster turn on but no crank over at all. What could this be??

did you forget to connect the clutch switch?

what's a clutch switch? I don't use my clutch to start my car
