Default CTR or ITR cams?

i have a B18C with type r cams and i was told from somebody in a different forum that ITR cams only have good high end and CTR have good mid range and same high end of an ITR. would it be wise to change it to CTR because im pulling the head off soon and upgrading the valve train. is my statement true or false and give me an answer thanks

They are very similar, generally CTR's are more aggressive but if you already have ITR's theres little gain in switching.
Try a search for a lot more info.

What does a thread comparing CTR cams to Skunk2 cams have to do with comparing CTR's to ITR's?
