Default ITR cams vs. CTR cams

Which cams are more aggresive, I've heard that CTR cams are, and then last night I heard that ITR cams are more aggressive. How much of a difference is there between the two.

Not sure about the USDM ITR cams but as far as teh JDM ones, the exhaust cam is the same on the ITR and CTR and the CTR intake cam is slightly more aggressive.

I haven't mic'd them for sure but I've heard that 2000+ USDM ITR intake cams have a profile very similar to CTR.

for the money, the CTR/ITR cams are the best way to go; especially if you have a stock rev limit.

the CTR cam intake and exhuast cams are morea aggressive than the ITR...
i had a set up of CTR intake and ITR exhuast cam...
which can be pruchased at dealer.... the 99+ ITR intake cams are at CTR spec......( i believe)
with the cams....sprockets , vtec and fuel tuning...
i made an awesome 15 WHP hi end and 25 WHP midrange...
for OEM cams....its awesom.....!!!!

Do you want to say that the 15 WHP hi end and 25 WHP midrange gains were with the CTR over the ITR intake cam?
Can you show us a dyno graph?

I would choose the CTR cams. But I am also selling my used Skunk2 Stage 1 cams which are a little more aggressive than the CTR and ITR. Anyone interested please feel free to email me.

Does anyone have the toda spec B's?
I heard that they make the car idle lumpy. Is this true?

I have the Spoon cams in my B18 and the idle isnt that rough, every now and then especially when the car is cold, my idle will jump up and down a little, but I really could care less about that, the power they gave me is definitely worth the minor trouble of idle. Oh by the way, valve springs ARE recomended with camshafts!! just a reminder!

The CTR intake cam is slightly more aggressive than the ITR intake cam. But the exhaust cams are the same. Also, the CTR intake cam works great in a B16A without tuning. But the ITR cam must be tuned to work optimally. Finally, the ITR intake cam causes a dead spot in the power curve around 4500-5000RPM. The CTR intake cam does not.
