low oil pressure??????

low oil pressure??????
okay have black oil dumping on the oil change today
oil pressure drops to 5 psi on idle
white smoke at 5000 rpm and on
only 1400 miles on build up
could it be oil pump, oil pick up, or what valve guides????
please help before I tear it apart again to ring it again
I don't think it is that I have about 5 quarts in the pan when dumped it
and was running 5w-30 for break in period now 20w-50
it is a LS/vtec

take off the pan and make sure there isn't **** stuck in the screen, i would guess your punp though. white smoke = possible bad head gasket (this is a long **** but the coolant could be in your engine eating engine components and lowering oil pressure)
