CRX B16A THROWS CEL, BUT NO CODE...
Well yes very odd. Engines been in for almost a year.
Lately it's been throwing a CEL light, but when i jump the appropiate wire with a paper clip (tried a copper wire too) the CEL light just comes on for a sec, the usual, and goes off never to be seen again.
Turn engine on, and boom CEL pops right on. Its like a ghost code.

Whats your set-up? when did it start happening ect...?
I ran an open header for a while, lost the gasket put the exhaust together again but the exhasust leaked. Few weeks later (still un fixed) the code CEL started to appear....bought gasket, fixed exhaust.
Bone stock b16a, stock exhaust and header.

B16A block/p72 head,
I happened about 2 months ago, then went away on its own. When it happened, it would lose power and not want to accelerate (RPM were stuck at about 2,800) It would only happen at large throttle openings as well....
I thought it was ignition related, but its new OEM and stock....
Im going to have to go back through all the wiring with a fine tooth comb to find the problem.

Yup, I had it too when I first put my B16 in my CRX....would go on and off randomly, never threw a code. Chipped the ECU, got rid of it.
