Default crank pulley removal

i got a 92 dx motor and the crank pulley is stuck. i used a 400 fr pound impact on it all day with some nut buster spray and its still stuck. the impact took off two other pulleys in no time. how can i take it off???

Buy the special tool for holding the crankshaft pulley from Honda (or your local Snap-on/Matco dealer) . Then get a big *** breaker bar and pull hard.

on my motor, i just removed the flywheel access cover and stopped the flywheel from turning by putting a screwdriver in there. then i used a large breaker bar and with all of my weight on it, it came loose in no time.

get the tool form honda you dont want to mess up the teeth on your flywheel
its a "pay me now" or pay me later" type deal
