Default lighten flywhee.....crank pulley issues

is getting a lighten flywheel the same as getting a lighten crank pulley? i hear that its bad to get a lighten crank pulley, would getting a lighten flywheel be almost the same. my friends think that if you can mess **** up with a lighten crank pulley, then the lighten flywheel will do the same.

i think not, but my friends say that it will.

Default Re: lighten flywhee.....crank pulley issues (stockhatch)

its not bad to lighten up the crank! its bad to remove the dampening materials from a high revving crank and expecting the engine to live beyond 100k.
