Default well...

I'm not in nyc, but I just rebuilt a b16 and the machine shop was going to charge $50 for a bore align/hone. It came to $150 to overbore by 0.020, and $50 to change the pistons on the same rods (which had to be modified). No idea about a complete install

bore and hone is usually 15-20 per cylinder. to install pistons and rods its usually 400-600.00. thats basically assembling a complete bottom end.
