Coolant loss
Hi,
I recently posted a topic of how my engine constantly overheats. I went thru and changed the thermostat, boguht a C&R Radiator..and it still seems to overheat.
The peculiar problem is that every morning, im having to top up coolant in the overflow tank, however there is no apparent leaks on my garage floor or anywhere underneath the car. I have air bled the system several times, just to ensure that there are no air bubbles in the system.
Another note is that before I had my engine built (bored to 84mm, resleeved) this problem was not occuring.
If anyone could help me on this situation it would be great..because I cant install my standalone until this problem is diagnosed.

compression to cooling system leak and/or coolant to CC leak....caused from improper deck job, head mating surface irregularities, blown HG, etc, etc...do a leakdown and see what happens with that. The probable reason for the missing coolant is consumption- your car is eating it. good luck
