Default computer resetting itself

took car to dyno and the tuner guy said it is restarting itself..
when its idoling it its almost like i turned the key off then back on as its idoling and it even does it when im driving sometimes..
what could it be?
has anyone else had this prob?

mine use to do that the ecu wiring was messed up and was re did crimping and stuff and it wasn't done correctly and so the back up fuse under the hood. kept going out. the radio would always reset the preset and the ecu use to rest itself....

really..
well it ran fine last year and this year after i put engine back in (800km later) then went to dyno it started after that..

changed chip inside my puter and car is running sooo good right now..
ill give it a day and see as it started a day after i got car dynoed.
