Default Codes after new headgasket. 3,4,7

Put my car all back together and wutnot. For Some Reason im getting a Code 3, 4, and 7. MAP, TPS, and CPS. I checked the wires for the sensors to see if i got them backward but just wanted to ask you guys to double check. The MAP sensor should be attacked to the hose goin to a vacumm line underneth the manifold while the TPS sensor should be going into the main harness.

And as for the CPS sensor wut would make it the light go on and what kind of things can i do/look for to trouble shoot it.

Thanks for any help

The TPS plug should have a red wire in the middle.

reset the codes and turn on the key without starting it.. if you have codes right away you have a wiring problem.. if no codes and you start it then they show up, its a mechanical problem aka bad sensor ect

I'm guessing the car is obd2. The CPS is on the oil pump. I know on H22's there is a plug on the back side of the timing belt cover. If it isn't plugged in, you'd get the code.
Check for that. The others, I'm guessing swapped plugs.

Well i reset the codes.. started it up.. rand a little shitty at first cuz of the copper spray on the pistons n wutnot but then started runnin smooth onces it warmed up and cleaned itself out. So thats all settled.

Next question, How can you time a car with no lower timing cover?

The sensor down at the crankshaft is the crank FLUCTUATION sensor. It's not the same thing as a CPS. He may not even have one on that engine? The CPS is in the distributor.

Are you asking about camshaft timing or spark timing? For camshaft timing, there's a mark on the crankshaft timing sprocket & another mark on the oil pump.

For spark timing I guess you can use the camshaft timing marks (little dimples out @ teeth) & dial in 15 degrees if your timing light has an advance dial.
