code 21 on vtec converted p06
I got a chipped/socketed p06 that was converted to vtec off some guy. I put it in the car, and I get a code 21 as soon as I turn the key. I thought it could be the car, so I tried the ecu on another car, same thing. then i thought it could be the chip, I tried another chip, same thing. then I tried another ecu with my chip, and no cel. any idea at what could be causing this?

You just figured it out right there didn't you? Theres something wrong with that P06 board. You can find diagrams around, (www.pgmfi.org is a good start), that show how to chip a P06 for VTEC. Find one and compare it to your P06. Maybe its something stupid..?
