Default Chipping question regarding P72...Searched...

Hey guys whats up? Im about to drop my GSR motor back in my DA and had a couple questions. I ditched the stock IM for a Victor X (car will be boosted) so I do not have the secondaries anymore. Should I chip the P72 or sell it and grab a P28? I dont care about the knock sensor, but I really dont want to be going lean after the secondaries are supposed to open up. If I chip the P72, will it delete the secondaries from the ECU? Will it still look for them? Someone with experience, please chime in and let me know all about it, TIA!!!

Run the gsr ecu. The secondaries will not throw a check code.. the ecu doesnt look for them.... If your chipping the ecu .. tell the ecu there are no secondaries.. .. or just run a p28 custom map in your gsr p72 ecu...

Dont get rip of the p72 if you chipping it.. there the same after you chip them.. or at least you can make them act the same.. EX... One wire v-tec, disable knock, disable o2 heater, Disable secondaris...

CHROME at pgmfi.org will allow you to do all that.
