Default LS/VTEC Problems With Fuel In VTEC

Setup is an LS/VTEC that maxed out stock 240cc injectors at 7800. Installed DSM 450 Blue tops (cleaned by Dr. Injector) w/ resistor box (everything shows good resistance). Car was runnin good, got a new map (my tuned map adjusted for the 450's). Next on to the dyno, and when VTEC engauges, it runs lean. Added more fuel, more fuel, more fuel, nothing. No additional fuel will run. So far the Fuel Filter, FPR, & fuel pump have been swapped out with alternates. Nothing. Is the stock pump just not enough? The car should put down around 200whp. 187whp was put down with the maxed out injectors, and stock TB/Manifold (new TB/Manifold were put on with the 450's). Do fuel pumps just slowly weaken or what? I've got a Fuel Pressure gauge on now, im going back to the dyno at 6:30 tonight to see if the pressure drops through VTEC, which if it does a New fuel pump will be going on. But.... Before hand who thinks the Fuel Pump will be the problem? Or something else? Let me hear your voices. Thanks
