honestly it sounds like a timing problem. mine bogged really bad because my ignition timing was retarded too much. you should only retard about 2deg.
do you have an A/F meter? examine the readings and diagnose.
you may also have a clogged cat. take off the exhaust and drive the car where you wont wake up every living soul within a 5 mile radius. if the bog is gone then theres your problem.
