cel code 13 baro sensor...

99 civic GSR swap 99 si ecu. throwing a code 13, which from what I can see is baro sensor which is in the ecu itself. is there anything to worry about this and will switching to obd1 get rid of this issue?

I've got an obd2 ecu baro sensor, you can desolder the old one and install the new one.
