Default Would CEL codes 1 and 61 be about the same thing?

My 99 Si, throws a CEL code 61 and i was just wondering if that's the same as code 1, having to replace the primary oxygen sensor, the sensor on the cat?

Code 1- Oxygen Sensor "A" (Primary) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

Code 61 - Oxygen Sensor, Heated - Sensor 1 (Primary) high voltage, low voltage, or slow response

Info taken from cspeedracing.com

They refer to the same sensor - yes.

But the method that the ECU used to determine if it was bad is different between the two codes.
