Car throwing code 14-2, Idle system control failure.
1999 Civic Si. Came on a few hours after installnig a Skunk2 intake manifold and a King Motorsports bored stock throttle body. Can't figure it out. We reset the ecu after installing then this came on after a couple hours. Anyone expierienced this? Thanks in advance.
IACV gasket? ( idle air control valve) sounds like air might be getting in. but its definitely a vaccuum leak somewhere. even could be the manifold gasket. or throttle body gasket. i always use Hondabond to seal everything and never have any problems. Just look for vaccuum leaks.
Another thing it does, but doesn't do all the time only when it feels like I guess is like when I try to take off it stumbles and stutters really bad. I mean if you put it in first gear and let the clutch out and then give it the slightest gas it jerks so hard and violently, but then again it only does this every once in a while. The rest of the time it just idles back and forth between 1200-1600 rapidly. Man I hate this ****. Does anyone know if I put the Skunk2 P28 in this will go away?
Any more help or ideas are appreciated.

theres obviously a direct relation to the TB/IM change and this.
have you tried swapping back to your stock TB ?, did you plug the IACV back in when you did the IM ?
your fast idle thermo switch on the bored TB could be bad , the TB could be bored poorly....or you may have a leak at the IACV....
