Car Takes forever to start when engines cold
Hey all,
i got a problem with my civic. for some reason when my engine is cold my car takes forever to start. Every morning and when i leave work when i go out it usually takes me anywhere from 3-5 mins to get it to start, and when i do the idle is so low it usually stalls a few times until i can get it to actually stays on and starts to idle. if i give it a little gas after i start it up i it sputters and i can hear the intake backfiring. now that its getting colder here in pa, its taking longer to start up. any ideas what it could be
setup - 99 dx 5 spd engine using 98dx ecu + greddy 15g turbo kit, 1 step colder ngk plugs

check and see if you are getting spark and also check your fuel filter it could be really clogged.it will BE one of the things i mentioned.
i'll check them out, thanks
also,im using a y7 tb and a y8 im, not sure if its important but only one of my o2 sensors is in my exhaust system, the other is sitting in my engine bay(no 2nd bung on greddy kit)
