I have a 97 civic with a d15 and after it rains, it just revs up and down while im on the gas the entire time. I have a vis racing hood which is vented so water does get in the engine bay but the rain only hits the headers pretty sure. I have to keep the car on while reving it for a long period of time so it can work normal again. Idk if its the iacv or distributor cap or whatever. I need help asap! Its been raining everyday
