Capping off oil line??

Can I just cap off that part where that hose goes? What is it for anyways???

that is you breather box for the pcv system
its not an oil line so if you want you can just cap it off; i dont know why you would want to do that though

You don't want to use an old valve cover with a new block, because then you won't have a PCV valve at all.

I am going to be using a vtec head though. I do not know how I am going to have a pcv system now

You can replace the breather box setup with a catch can. That way, you can run a PCV on the can if you like. I chose the Endyn kit, which eliminated the hose you refer to, as well as the black box and factory PCV.
