Oil catch can setup
ok so am getteng ready to turbo my lsv, the shop that built my engine removed the black box in back of the block and capped the both the big and small hole and told me to get a vented oil catch can and run line from the valve cover to it. the pvc system is gone wich is fine with me but from my understanding i have to relieve crank case pressure..so basically my question is if the holes in back of the block are sealed were is the pressure going? is it goin up and out the valve cover now?
Yes, it will vent through the valve cover but you need more then the stock fitting.
There are fittings you can put in the back of the block to vent. Look at the catch can thread for more info.

I'm using a dual can setup - vents both back and front of valve cover with a return line back to the oil pan (gravity feed kinda) - works great at high psi boost...
