have a p28 ecu s100 chipped f22b1 turbo car keeps throwing a code and when we install the jumper to read the codes the check engine light shuts off and dosint blink or stay on.. shuts off when jumper is installed. what ever the code is when we recyle the power we lose the cel


we unpluged a sensor and forced a code and couldint retrive it

when no code is present and jumper is installed cel comes on solid


need help asap

 

also when cel comes on cant rev past 3500 rpms
