Can the Vx wire harness affect the ecu of a gsr?
Is there any mods that I need to do to my vx wire harness in order to plug in a gsr ecu? The reason is I blew a distributor . I think im on my way to blowing another one. Does anyone know why a distributor goes bad electrical wise?Can the Vx wire harness affect the ecu of a gsr?

Honda distributors are ticking time bombs. ALL of them. They go like clockwork. I doubt your VX wiring harness had anything whatsoever to do with the distributor going bad.
To save yourself money in the future, simply take the cap off and replace the coil inside.
