I had a low idle before i cleaned it but it wasnt erratic
I follow the writeup and cleaned it
Let it soak for few minutes while hot
Then plug it in and have it blow through all the leftover carb clean.
Then sprayed few times into the tb to chase it down
Worked ok for a week or so then started dropping idle during red light stops
last week started sticking at 1500 rpm for few seconds.
Then today started sticking at 2000-2200 rpm for a out 5 seconds and then drop below normal and go back to 750(gsr) stock everything
Idle been adjusted properly
Engine is good.
I had this before and not sure if i should use some kind of lubricant after cleaning it.

The worst thing you can do for an iacv is to spray anything inside of it. You only need to make sure the outer metal mesh is free of debris. If you do spray inside, you only want to use water, and you absolutely never want to do it when it's hot. It will cause the inner seals to swell and cause the iacv to immediately go bad and you will never be able to fix it.
I know this from previous experience.
As an experiment, grab an oring and heat it up and spray it with some carb cleaner and watch what happens.
