Default Cam timing q

I did the timing for the first time. Exhaust cam first rotate 3 teeth and tighten. Rotated 5 times with crank at tdc. Best I could get it both the marks on the sides to line up and gears pointing up but slightly forward with the crank back at tdc. Car starts fine no issues just wondering.

Also ignition timing is spot on so does the re assure
I did it right?
