Default Cam timing vs Crank timing

I'm trying to remember the ratio between cam timing to crank timing, I believe it was 2 degrees of crank rotation = 1 degree of cam rotation. Can someone confirm this? It use to be stamped on my old AEM cam gears but they're long gone.

The crank rotates two times for every single revolution of the cams. One degree cam timing =two degrees crank timing.
