Default Brake Rotors stuck

I spent the last hour taking the brake off and then drilling out the two screws to the rotor and then took the nut off in the center and the rotor still wont budge. Is it because its just rusted on there? or am i missing something. What can I use to get it off? Ive tried to hammerit off but it aint moving thanks.......its a 96 civic

Did you take the brake pad brakets off?

Hit it with a hammer

You don't need to take the nut off in the center. That doesn't hold on the rotor.
The only thing holding it on are the two screws and the brake pads and brakects

if you have removed the caliper, the the bracket and the two screws is should come off, unless you need to remove more of the mutilated screws

BTW, if you used an impact driver on the screws, the would have come loose after a few hits.
