Default Bogging problems

I swapped in a new engine last night and it pulls like crazy under full throttle but if I don't gun it it bogs and make like this popping sound kinda like scavaging but it's not. Throttle response is amazing on this 1.5 with the act prolite 8lb flywheel and lightened crank pulley. Anyways the engine spec is as follows
-b8 shortblock
-a6 head w/b7 cam gear
-z6 intake manifold and TB
-CAI
-DC SS 4-1
-p06 ecu
The CR is only 9.4:1 so it's nothing crazy and it idles fine and pulls nice under full throttle but I my try some new plugs and different wires and adj the dizzy to see if that solves any problem but it's too damn cold right now and I'm too tired from pulling an all nighter building and swapping this engine into my 92 hatch. Any suggestions?

Verify the O2 sensor is working and also verify proper adjustment of TPS.

..also make sure your cam timing is on point (TDC), otherwise you'll have idling & bogging issues.
