Acceleration after engine braking not smooth

Acceleration after engine braking not smooth
car: civic EK3 1.5 d15z6 year 2000, 115000km, manual transmission
symptoms:
When I accelerate rapidly after engine braking, the car jumps back and forth two or three times, then accelerates smoothly.
- no idle problems, no problem when revving in neutral
- car jumps with engine warm or cold, no matter the revs or gear
- when the throttle body is not fully closed (driving at steady speed or lightly accelerating) and then rapidly accelerating, there is no problem
youtube: (not my vid, but you get the idea) - watch between 0:45 and 0:53
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qVPIgBOwBQU#t=0m40s
What's New:
NGK spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, fuel filter, timing belt, K&N drop-in
What I tried:
disconnected: O2 sensor, EGR
cleaned: throtle body, idle valve (IAC)
checked: CEL (check engine light) - no errors, ignition advance, valve clearance, engine mounts, EVAP, throttle cable, exhaust and all hoses (found no vacuum leaks)
throttle position sensor (TPS) and O2 sensors seem to work (checked with oscilloscope)
Nothing helped.
Any ideas?
sorry for my english

In for insight, I've been having similar issues lately, looked at similar things that you have. Does the jumping feel like misfires to you too?

Re: Acceleration after engine braking not smooth
have you cleaned/replaced the fuel injectors? maybe they're not atomizing the fuel properly. or a bad fuel pump?
i am not a mechanic though..

Re: Acceleration after engine braking not smooth
I posted a similar ? awhile back. The response I got was check your engine mounts. I replaced mine and it did help a bit.
The torque of the engine moves them one way , you brake they bounce back, you take off again they move again. Your problem is similar, but I think you might have some misfires in there too.
