Black smoke when WOT?
As title states. I did a compression test recently and had 160 across the board. The only thing I could think of is the valve seals. Again the only time the exhaust blows the smoke is when I am WOT. I NEVER rev my engine in neutral so I don't know if it does it then. Any ideas? If it the seals, where can I find them?
Thanks

if you see black smoke is because the car is overly rich, not because of oil, so check your tunning and check injectors, spark plugs and air filters.
ok, white means water burning, now, i bet it's blueish and i guess it means valve guide seals.
Do this.
Let the car idle for a while, and then stump on the throtle and see if you get a cloud of smoke, if you do, valve guide seals.
