well, I think I messed my head up on my JDM B16 (valves hititng piston). I will find out later if for sure I have bent valves or not.

So here's my question: What head would be the best for me to mate with the B16 block? I was thinking of getting an ITR head. Is it worth it? Would it bolt right up or would there be any modification needed? I was gonna order it from http://www.JDMShit.com but they havent responded to my email yet. I am going to call them on monday.

I will most likely get a tranny from them also, as mine is messed up now as well (happened way b4 the head got messed up)

I like the p72, you'll have .2 more comp. and you can use the iab's wich will help b16's poor midrange a lot

 

either one will work, even ur old one can possibly repaired. just send it to Exospeed or RS machine or JG or couple others here on the west coast or whoever u like out there and have em fix whats busted and have a port job done while upgrading the valvetrain.
