Default Need Help With Compression And Idle Problems

Today I did a compression test and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how I can bring the compression back down. I read normally that the compressons for my 1997 Civic EX are suppose to be around 180 across the board. Here are my numbers
1 - 185
2 - 190
3 - 200
4 - 190

does anyone know how I can bring the compression back down?

Also, another problem I'm having is a really bad idle. This only happens during the day time. My car normally idles at 670rpm. During the day when i stop at a traffic light, my idle goes all the way down to 520rpm and jumps up and down. This only happens during the day and right after I come to a stop at the stop light. What could be the problem for this one?

My steup:
97 Civic EX
greddy 15g turbo it
greddy type 31 ic
msd 8.5 wires
ngk 1 step colder plugs
vafc hack
aem power pulleys
Lucas 440cc injectors

low/high
1000rpm -40%
2000rpm -40%
3000rpm -40%
4000rpm -38%
5000rpm -35%
6000rpm -35%
7000rpm -35%

your compression numbers aren't really that bad, im guessing your hard on your car. I would be watching #1 its getting kinda far from the 200. Add a cap full of oil in the cylinders and see if your numbers go up, if they do thats usually a sign of rings wearing. If it doesn't really help, I would do a leak down test. The idle jumping around could be: tps, iac, vacuum leak
