Default Bad Compression Numbers...

I just randomly did a compression test to see how my engines doing. Here are the results...

All done dry
#1 185
#2 190
#3 185
#4 50

I have a 2000 Civic SI with 135,000 Miles. I did the valve adjustment about a month ago and there are no ticking valves.

Would bad valve lashings on one cylinder cause the compression to be that low?
