Default B20VTEC Compression check results...

I did a compression check on my engine today since I changed everything and there still seems to be a seepage of oil somewhere. I came up with these results. This is a stock JDM P8R B20B bottom end with a stock B16A head. The car was ran for about an hour and the throttle is wide open. I cranked it around 6 times.

210-220-220-210

What do you think?

These are the low compression one's P3F's. I have the 97 spec B20B so 8.8:1 stock. With the B16A head. it's 9.1:1.

well, i dont really know what kind of pistons they are... but a rough estimate would be about 1.2/3 more compression so about 10.some

300psi....so u maxed out your gauge? or u got a super expensive one for diesel motors that goes to 1000psi.....my snap-on compression gauge only goes to 300psi...and with 12.4:1 compression in a b18c with b16 head i maxed the gauge out...no idea how many psi....waiting on another gauge to show up....
