b20 vtec consertion

NEED HELP WITH B20 VTEC CONVERTION
hey guys iam new to the sceen and would like some feed back !!!
i am planing to use a b16a head on a b20 with stock internals and some bolt ons
like type r manifold 4-1 header 2 1/4 catback. the tranny iam using is a cable
b series with lsd. what ecu should i use and what psi should my fuel pump be set at??? also what injector SHOULD I USE??? i do plan to use 75 wet shot of nos!!!
