Default B18c precision 6262 turbo problems

ok well here we go, I need to make a decision. The budget is tight and this is what im running and my problem.

JDM B18c
OBD1
precision billet 6262 turbo
Tial 38mm wastegate
(knock off) HKS blow off valve
Walbro fuel pump
1000cc injectors
AEM wide band
AEM tru-boost
front mount intercooler
3" full apexi exhaust
Avid solid motor mounts
Neptune RTP engine management system tuned at 10psi

-Timing belt, water pump, tensioner, the whole 9 yards recently replaced

unknown miles on the engine. been in the car for the last four years and the turbo kit is over a year old.

I checked the compression and here are the numbers.
number one 180
number two 185
number three 180
number FOUR 100

so here is the question. Im thinking about just dropping the single piston, going with a new set of rings, and bearings. Money is super tight and Im tired of building the car. What is the cheapest idea but the best thing to do. I know its a fine line and i dont want to dance haha.

well u could do jus the one ringset nd rod bearings. then this rod bearing will have x amount of miles less on it so clearances may b different than the other rods. dnt kno how or even if this will affect running state but something to think of. same wit the rings. id at least run a hone through the cylinder to break any glaze nd to insure those rings seat properly. now this may cause piston to wall clearance to b different than the other cylinders. i dnt think this will affect overall performance of the build but somethin to think bout

im going to do all cylinders. who has some parts list for oem rebuild.

i guess a oem gasket kit and head studs should be the cheapest thing. deck the head and i can be back on the road.

oem gaskets r as good as they come, but i hav had some good luck wit the felpro stuff. head studs r ur best bet. nd reusable too.

a quick list i can think of:
rod nd main bearings
rings
oil pan gasket
front nd rear main seals
recommend water pump nd oring
timing belt nd tensioner
water tube orings
headgasket
cam seals
valve cover gasket nd grommets
exhaust nd intake gaskets
throttle body gasket
injector orings

some things r optional nd i may b forgettin a few things but this gives a good idea

alrighty. dnt buy a thing till u tear down nd inspect. if u end up havin to bore the cylinders nd u bought stock rings ur sol. so make sure everythin is cool wit the cylinder walls b4 u buy rings. inspect the crank. if it needs grindin ull need undersized bearings. so wait till u hear back from the machine shop before u start droppin money on parts. if u hav oem honda pistons go wit oem rings. im personally runnin acl bearings nd would recommend those. as will a lot of other ppl nd builders alike
