If you're running on a stock block, you're limited to ~300whp safely on 91-93 octane pump gas. If you look around the forum for a little while, you'll see many setups that will easily get you to that goal.

What is your budget?
What are your goals?
What do you plan to use the car for?

Just to give you a little starting point, here is my old setup. It should be pretty close to exactly what you're looking to build.

Because this is a honda, there are an infinite number of combinations that you can choose and piece together. Check w/ other setups that look similar to the goals that you're trying to achieve. That budget that you have is key. We don't mind assisting with the direction of the goals that you want, but please don't give yourself a dis-service by not researching and inspecting yourself the possibilities available for you.

I'm not going to respond / debate with an argument of any kind, but it may be best to understand these concepts:

A) Cheap, fast , Reliable -- Pick 2
B) No ebay turbo kits.. (Yes, I'm including SS Autochrome, and the like)
C) A top mount/Ramhorn exhaust manifold isn't always necessary.
D) No one knows what you want, better than YOU.
E) There are very few cases in which there is a "best" in any part. look at it as "best for you".
F)There are some good "kits" out there through some companies.. check around for the good ones.

GL. & welcome.

in all honestly if you can change headers & do your own oil change you can install the turbo yourself. its nothing more then taking off this putting on that drill a hole and place a tube from the turbo to the oilpan. search this forum there are plenty of install guides(one i used myself to install my first turbo) and a wealth of turbo related info from shops to people will ing to meet with you to tune the car
the part where it gest tricky is the tuning.

my advice before you join us on the darkside is have access to another car incase you need a spare part. which you always do in the beginning

good online prices check the market place under sponsors

just to let you know, once you go BOOST you never go back
goodluck

Some people may not have the mechanical inclination or time to do that themselves.

I sure as hell don't. Sure, I can bolt up all the parts and whatnot. But when it comes to the vac line and oil line.

It all comes with practice. Oil lines are cake to run and vac lines (if you have a vac manifold) are about as easy. If you ever want to try, i have a vac line diagram that will spell it all out for you.

I would suggest reading through the Forced Induction FAQ at the top of the forum. There are several links to good information about turbo setups. It will help you learn a great deal before proceeding with your setup.

As for where to buy parts, first i would research and figure out your goals, budget and which parts are right for you. After that, check out http://www.hondamarketplace.com/zeroforum/49 .

true, the price will be paid, either time or money

but we're here to help if you do decide to do it yourself. just make sure you have a digi camera or a phone that takes decent pics because we honda-techs love threads with pics

Petty? Lol, people in other countries r so cute!

You won't see any gains without tuning just by adding higher octane fuel. The benefit of higher octane fuel is resistance to detonation. With this added resistance, more timing can be put into the tune which will net you more power.

Also, what advice exactly are you referring to? No one has really given you any advice in this thread............

To the OP..........read the FAQ's then come back after a while and you will have better questions to ask. You are going about this in a smart way though.......do the research and figure out what you want to do and how much $$$ you have to work with and then when you have the know how (or source a company/friend) you can get done what you have decided to get done. GL.
