We have a 1990 Ls and we want to go all motor on it. Some guy has a 1.7 vtec head that he says will work on our motor any ideas on that working or not? And any other info on building this motor would be great. Thanks

for one they never made a 1990 itr second vtec has no h at the end its not a phone

 

I just thought itr was short for integra and my bad on the spelling. Thanks

 

The vtec head will work on your motor just fine you can search for ls-vtec on the net and it will explain the process on how to make it work.

 

I have looked for things on ls/vtec and all I find are gsr and b16 head swaps. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place for a 1.7 head.

 

its the same process for gsr 1.7 head or b16 or gsr 1.8 head
