Default putting a v-tec head on an ls motor

if anyone has any information for me on how to fully put a v-tec head on a not v-tec motor that would lgreatly healp me out alot. thank you for your help

you should search for ls vtec and it will come up with PLENTY of posts. welcome to h-t btw
