Default b17 piston question

When using a stock b17a1 crank/block and eagle b16 eagle rods, what pistons would you have to use to end up w/ a ~9.0 : 1 CR?

Do they need to be custom?

thanks, al

Why can't you use b16 rods if custom pistons are going to be used? Thanks.
