piston question: b17 piston = b16 piston?

piston question: b17 piston = b16 piston?
I im trying to choose pistons for my b17 block and i know the cast of the b17 is almost (or is) identical to that of the b16. So when choosing pistons can i use b16 or b17 pistons? What about b18 pistons?

stock b17 compression ratio is lower than the b16 or b18vtecs.
