Default b16a1 into a 1996 hatch?

i got some questions and i hope you guys can answer. i have a b16a1 that i got for free. so please dont tell me to sell it and get a sirII. i have a hydro b16 tranny now, OBD2 ecu, OBD2 distributor.

what else do i need to make this swap obd2? do i need a new intake manifold and injectors?

oh ****, your prepared, most people aren't.... what ecu are you running, a 00 si with adapters?

i have a 98 gsr p72 and a 98 gsr distributor... any comments would be appreciated.

thanks for your help guys. but one last question.. can i use D series Tranny bolts on a b series tranny? i dont have any tranny bolts. or is it not worth it to do it halfed *** and just go buy them from the dealer?

do yourself a favor and get an itr intake manifold and a obd1 or obd2 b-series throttle body as well. the pre-obd b16a manifolds and tbs are funky and pathetic.

yeah im looking for a skunk2 intake manifold and JG Throttle body for cheap im just being picky.im a progressive coustomer i dont want to pay too much

you need b series mounts
shiftlinkage
wiring harness you can modify your original one
halfshaft
get a 94 and up intake manifold from delsol dohc or 2000 si

i got a 00 si shiftlinkage its still on the tranny. i think all i need is the mounts, halfshaft and intake manifold. does anyone have any of this stuff?

Don't the OBD2 units have a crank angle sensor that the pre-OBD2 ones don't have. You may need to look into this a little more. I am not sure if it mattters to the ECU if this is hooked up or not but I think it would.

I think it's CKF (crank fluctuation sensor) that exists only on obd2 motors.
