Default b16a ??? regarding ctr pistons

iw s told that ctr pistons need to be machined in order to fit on to stock b16a rods if you have any onfo in this please let me know

my cousin had his done,the wrist pin end doesnt fit into the piston,so either the rod has to be shaved down a bit,or the pistons have to be machined to accept the wider rod wrist pin end.he had his pistons machined and re-balanced.

best to machine the piston.
Dont need to balance the piston, rather balance the whole set to each other.
