Default GSR engine obd year

Are '97 GSR motors obd-I or obd-II? Also, does a person have to swap the stock GSR rods for high performance ones such as Crower if they plan on installing ITR pistons? Or should the stock rods be okay?

I believe the only OBD I ECU's are in 94-95 Integras- meaning you have OBD II.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
