Default B16 Transmission hard to shift.

Basically I bought this tranny from H-T user: alwaystootall, and it was listed in good condition, no grinds, whatever. I installed the tranny some time later and it is a bitch to shift in all gears. Clutch and flywheel are brand new. Everything was installed correctly, I double checked it about 5 times.
Now, I were keeping the car it wouldn't bother me as much, but here I am tryin to sell a car with a bunk *** transmission. The seller never told me before the transaction that it was a bitch to shift, but now he believes that he told me. Any help from anybody would be appreciated, this car needs to be sold.

No grinds, and its not the pedal. It is the tranny itself. The guy I bought it from said it was like that when he had it, but he forgot to mention that BEFORE i bought it from him...

I don't have a problem getting it into gear, and it is not the bolt at the bottom of the shifter. I just don't want to sell my car to somebody with a sketchy transmission so I was just checking if anybody else has the same problem.

It's the bushing of the shifter seizing up. Unbolt it, regrease it or change it.

Shifter and linkage are the same as I had in before I put this tranny in. The car used to have a b18c motor and tranny. All I did was put in a different tranny.

H trannies have a spring loaded ball (1 single) bearing that bolts into the case and presses against the shaft that the forks move along inside the tranny. If the those hollow bolts with little springs are to tight against the shaft, (if you tighten the two bolts all the way, the springs give out and the end of the hollow bolt presses on the shafts), it is a bitch to shift. Hard to explain, but make sure nothing is TO tight. I dont know if B series have these, but just a thought.
