Default b-series, no ecu and msd?

So my motor is getting a holley 600. B16 head OBD0. I would like to get rid of all the wiring and ecu. How would msd have to be wired to do this? Just lock the ditributor and get a retard box? Use one of the pickups in the stock distributor? or would I have to geta crank trigger?
