I changed out my old axle and tried to install new one. I got the new axle to go into the spindle/hub, BUT i cannot get the axle back into the tranny side. It is the driver side axle and the car has an automatic transmission. People say it should slide right in but I am having trouble. Some have any ideas???

 

first make sure u have the right axle ..then check the lock pin at the end to see if it is bent...
