Default ARP Lube = Regular Moly?

I'm asking because, I have no ARP lube, and I'm curious to know If I can use any moly instead of going through the hassle of ordering lube somewhere...

This is the torque specs given to me from ARP

ROD bolt = 26-28

Head = 70

Hmm, ARP told me it was the same, I just wanted to double check with H-T.

Do you know where I can get this stuff on the internet?

All their literature says not to use regular molylube.I always have some laying around so I've never used anything else.I'm surprised they said it was the same.
